GlobalTrip is committed to providing reliable and responsible eSIM connectivity for international travelers. This policy explains prohibited activities and helps protect our customers, networks, and digital services.
Acceptable Use
GlobalTrip eSIM services must be used lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws, network rules, and service provider requirements.
Prohibited Activities
Customers must not use our eSIM services for fraud, scams, unauthorized access, identity abuse, illegal communications, harassment, or activities that may harm other users or networks.
Network Abuse
Excessive, automated, malicious, or disruptive activity that negatively affects network performance or service availability is prohibited.
Fraud & Payment Abuse
Using unauthorized payment methods, stolen payment information, fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or misleading account information is prohibited.
Account & eSIM Misuse
Customers must not resell, share, duplicate, manipulate, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions associated with a GlobalTrip eSIM unless expressly authorized.
Security & Interference
Attempts to compromise, scan, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with GlobalTrip systems, websites, accounts, or connected networks are not permitted.
Report Suspected Abuse
If you believe a GlobalTrip service, account, or eSIM is being used for abusive or fraudulent activity, please contact our support team with the relevant details.
GlobalTrip may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action, including restricting or suspending services where necessary to protect customers, networks, payment systems, and service providers.
